Action Items:
-Paul/Tina - Talk to Celeste or management to determine what the official lunch policy is and how Toastmasters should be handled
-Paul - Send out reminder asking for volunteers for the ENSCO Toasties Joint Meeting
-Paul - Find out the current actual membership count (from the Chuck or the website)
-Current officers - Arrange induction ceremony.
-Current officers - Arrange for Recognition of recent awards.
Agenda Items:
When new officers are inducted both our Sergeant at Arms will be off-site (Ying is at another Raytheon site and Dave is at another company). This may pose a problem with funding lunches the way we have in the past (whoever ordered lunch would pay for it and get reimbursed). There is a limit on ordering from Marriott. RSVPing needs to be done correctly in order for the person ordering to be reimbursed properly.
Some options:
-everyone brings their own lunch (last resort)
-find an on-site volunteer to order lunches and figure a way to rotate the bill between orgs
-rotate the duty between on-site members
Action: Paul/Tina - Find out from management what the official policy for lunch ordering and reimbursement is and the recommended way to handle this.

An induction ceremony will be held during the regular meeting on Tuesday, July 11. On Thursday, July 13 an officer transition meeting will be held during lunchtime. All current and new officers are asked to attend both meetings.
Action: Current officers - Arrange induction ceremony.
The joint meeting with ENSCO Toasties will be held here at Raytheon during our regular meeting on Tuesday, June 27th. Lunch will be bring your own or bring a dish to share (potluck).
ENSCO will supply: one speaker, Table Topics Master, one evaluator and the General Evaluator.
U2CanSpeak will supply:
-Toastmaster - ?
-one speaker who will be evaluated by an ENSCO evaluator - (Marilyn Dodson)
-one evaluator to evaluate the ENSCO speaker - ?
-Sergeant at Arms - ?
